FissionCore Ltd (“FissionCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates fissioncore.com(the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights with respect to that information.

By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and the message you write. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without explicit consent.

Information collected automatically

IP address — Our server captures your IP address solely for rate-limiting the contact form (maximum three submissions per minute per IP). IP addresses are not stored in a database and are not linked to any personal profile.

Analytics data — If you accept cookies via our cookie-consent banner, we load Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics collects page views, events, approximate location (city/region), device and browser type, and referring URL. This data is associated with a randomly generated identifier, not your name or email. If you decline cookies, Google Analytics is never loaded.

Server / hosting logs— Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard HTTP log data including IP address, request path, and timestamp. These logs are retained according to Vercel’s own retention policies and are used only for security and operational purposes.

Information from embedded third-party content

Some pages on the Site include embedded YouTube videos. If you play a video, YouTube (Google LLC) may set cookies on your device in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed mode where possible.

  • To understand how visitors use the Site and improve our content (analytics, only with consent).
